Peru has been trending for the past many years as a top culinary destination. Chef Guillermo, having been born in Peru, works very closely with Peruvian authorities in order to promote the Peru brand here in Canada. A few months ago, in collaboration with George Brown College and the Peruvian Commercial Office, Chef Guillermo gave a Masterclass on Peruvian gastronomy to students and faculty where he showcases some typical ingredients, techniques and preparations. That same evening, Moso Catering & Events presented a sold-out Gala Dinner at the school restaurant. The Dinner was prepared and executed by students with our support and mentorship. It was one of our most fulfilling events of the whole year.
