We had the privilege to participate in this years Restaurants Canada Show. It was the last big event we did before COVID-19 hit and turned the planet upside down. We had a blast, had great conversations and delivered 3,000 sample portions of food. We were lucky enough to have a booth exhibiting our culinary creations, but also, we did cocktails and small plates for the Opening Night Reception – with a guest count of 700. We are keeping our fingers crossed so that we can do it agin next year!
The RC Show has a long standing history in Canada bringing exhibitors, buyers and foodies together for 75 years! It is where the industry comes together to find innovative products, pioneering people and transformative ideas. The show floor this year included seven stages hosting over 200 speakers, six competitions, three conferences and networking events, along with 700 brands and 1,100 exhibitors!
