Q: How does this service work?

A: Our order deadline is Thursday at 12pm. Meals are delivered on Sunday afternoon between 11am and 3pm. The meals are delivered fully cooked and ready to re-heat and serve or freeze.


Q: I missed the order deadline, can I still get meals this week?

A: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any orders past our deadline. Our kitchen team places orders on Thursday afternoon to assure that we have just the right amount of ingredients to prepare for submitted orders.



Q: Where do you deliver?

A: At the moment, we deliver in Toronto, North York, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. If you don’t see your city within our delivery zone send us an email!


Q: When will my delivery arrive?

A: Deliveries are every Sunday (except holiday weekends) between 11am and 3pm.


Q: What if I live in an apartment/condo building?

A: Please indicate drop-off instructions in the comments section at checkout. If you’d like your order left with a concierge or security desk, or if our driver will require a buzzer code to gain access to your building or office, please let us know.


Q: What if I’m not home to accept my delivery?

A: We kindly request that our clients are home to receive the order, however if you know that you will not be home, please let us know prior to our order deadline so we can make special arrangements to deliver the meals in an insulated cooler bag or change the delivery address to an alternate location.

Q: How does billing work?

A: Once you complete payment through our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt.

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
